Course 9

THE PROPHETIC ANOINTING

We are living in a prophetic season. Jesus wants to communicate with His Church and has things He wants to say to us today. Developing our prophetic anointing comes as we develop our relationship with Jesus. As we draw aside from our busy lives and spend time with God and ask Him to speak to us, we will hear His voice more and more clearly. Prophets are able to see and hear directly from God and are divine channels that open portals in the Spirit. Their words are divinely sanctioned by God and anointed by the Holy Spirit. God has commissioned them to impart the prophetic anointing to the Body of Christ in these last days. They are called to stir up the prophetic Spirit in each believer.

Course 10

THE APOSTOLIC ANOINTING

The apostolic anointing is going to usher in a new church that will be different to any church that has ever existed from the birth of the first church 2,000 years ago. This anointing will bring a renewed focus on equipping and maturing believers so that they will fulfil the prophetic mandate of the church in the last generation of the church age in love and unity. The coming revival will see the glory of God come upon the church in a physical manifestation of heavens. Power and love and the sons and daughters of God will perform mighty works that will exceed anything that has ever been done before. God will raise up modern day apostles who will preside over the revival and organise the church into a strong well-disciplined army that will be ready to do battle and to take the gospel of the Kingdom to every nation, tongue, and tribe on earth.

Major Courses Description (5)

Course 11

CHRISTOLOGY

In this study of Christ, we begin before there was a beginning. We look at Him in eternity past, not that eternity has a past and future, but since we are a creation in time and space, it helps us identify what has happened, and what is yet to happen in the endless life of Jesus Christ. In fact, the first four lessons of the manual deal with what the revelation shows and says about Him prior to His incarnation. Hundreds of years prior to the incarnation, we read the promises and prophecies concerning the Messiah, and then sit in awe and wonder at how God fulfilled them in minute detail.

Course 12

PREPARING FOR TOMORROW

Many believers avoid the book of Revelation because they think it is too complicated, too full of symbolism, and beyond their understanding. John was "in the Spirit" when he received the revelation from God. The only way you can receive this revelation is to receive it into your spirit. You must go beyond head knowledge. You must allow the Word of God to penetrate your spirit--down deep inside your inner man--and then it will become alive to you.

Course 13

SYSTEMATIC THEOLOGY

This course examines the significant doctrines and theological issues that are foundational to the Christian church. The purpose is to explore the manner in which God has revealed Himself through His Word and how that revelation impacts the church as well as individual believers. By recognising common errors in humanistic thought, the student is better able to identify faulty thinking and clearly illuminate the truth of a Biblical world view.

Course 14  APOLOGETICS

Because apologetics at its core deals with truth claims, apologists are continually examining questions about the truth. Of course there are many people today who deny the existence of an absolute truth. Because apologetics needs to be rational, it is important for the apologist to become more knowledgeable about Christianity as well as opposing arguments. In order to provide sound reasons for the hope of Christ, we have a responsibility to understand what others believe so we do not caricature their beliefs or build straw man arguments.

Course 15

HOMILETICS

A sermon needs themes for the same reason that buildings need blue prints, or a story needs a plot, or a picture needs a centre of interest, or a sales talk needs a proposition. A sermon is means to an end. We cannot take the first step in preparation until we intelligently discern the goal to be reached. Good hunters do not fire in just any direction hoping to hit something, but first sights his game and then takes aim. A preacher who aims at nothing will hit it. We must choose a target (subject) and then take careful aim. the choice of a worthy theme is a large step toward successful sermon construction.
